At ZonBox Iraq, we follow a strict no-refund policy once an order has been inspected, accepted, and paid for at the time of delivery.

  • Once payment is made and delivery is confirmed, the sale is final.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted after delivery confirmation unless required by Iraqi consumer protection law.

  • In case of damage or issues during delivery, the shipping agency is responsible—not ZonBox Iraq.
